Property Business News - Warrington Housing Association has started the build of 30 new homes for affordable rent on the site of the former Penketh Tavern. To celebrate, a sod cutting ceremony was performed by the Mayor of Warrington, Mrs. Maureen Creaghan. These new homes on Greystone Road are for people aged 55 and over and will be ready for the new residents to move in by the summer of 2022.
