Legal Business News - Of the six solicitors to join the firm, five have undertaken Stephensons two-year trainee scheme with one undertaking a similar scheme with another firm before completing their training with Stephensons. During this time, the trainee solicitors complete four six-month seats, each one in a different department, to experience different areas of the law. The solicitors will now take up their roles in the commercial consumer, commercial property, employment and discrimination, family, probate and regulatory departments within the firm.
