15 January 2020 – Technology managed service provider ITEC has attained Level 2 ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 security certifications for Information Security, Environmental Assurance and Quality Assurance, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to observing best practices for its customers.
ITEC was awarded the Level 2 certifications by external UKAS accreditor Approachable Certification. With the ISO certifications, customers can be confident that ITEC’s Technology Managed Services are effectively supported, protected and monitored.

ISO 9001:2015 requires an organisation to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective application of systems and processes. ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an organisation to enhance its environmental performance and achieve environmental objectives, while ISO/IEC 27001 dictates the need to establish, implement and maintain and information security management system within the context of the organisation.
