Miller Homes North West Shortlisted For Residential Property Awards

Miller Homes North West has been shortlisted for The Insider North West Residential Property Awards. Its Novus development, located in Stretford has been nominated for the Apartment Development of the Year (more than 200 homes) category, alongside four other contenders.

Novus comprises of 191 apartments split across 10 blocks, ranging between three and six storeys, with a mix of 50 one-bed and 141 two-bed apartments. 

Launched in 2016, the North West Residential Property Awards acknowledge the outstanding achievements of the sector in the region.  Key projects and developers who are contributing to the built environments across the North West will not only be rewarded for their vision but also for their perseverance through such a turbulent year.  

The awards evening is set to take place at Manchester Central in July, where the winners across 14 categories will be announced.  Miller Homes will also be sponsoring the drinks reception at the event.
