Local homebuilder Miller Homes is today announcing a successful feat at its Blackburn-based development, Millrose, which is now over 75% sold.
The development has now sold over three quarters of its three and four bedroom homes since launching in late 2019. Millrose is ideally located for those who travel throughout the North West of England, situated between Preston and Burnley and around a 10 minute drive from the M6 and M65.
Of the purchasers, 60% were first-time buyers and 32% used the Help to Buy scheme, suggesting that the homes at Millrose are ideal for those wanting to venture on the property ladder for the first time.
Clare Noakes, Sales Director of Miller Homes North West believes this is a sign of rejuvenation in the property market: “Despite the pandemic last year, there has clearly been a good recovery.
