Two of the fitness industry’s leading influencers and two local mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters are the latest star names to be added to next month’s FIT XPO in Liverpool.

Online personal trainers Ben Haldon, from Wirral and Lucy Davis join scousers Molly “Meatball” McCann and Paddy Pimblett at the event which is taking over the city’s Exhibition Centre for the weekend of the 7th and 8th of August.

Ben and Lucy are the co-founders of MyCoach School and present a weekly podcast The Not So Fit Couple while Molly McCann and Paddy Pimblett are former Cage Warrior champions who now compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) with Paddy set to make his debut later this year.

Darren Nally, founder, FIT XPO said:

“It’s a real coup for our first FIT XPO to get such big names from the health, strength and wellness community and I’m so grateful for their support.

“The event is gearing up to be a fantastic experience for not only hardcore bodybuilders and fitness fanatics but also for families looking for a healthier lifestyle and even people who may just be curious to find out about the industry.

“Everything you would expect, and more, is at the show - there’s even a British Army assault course for people to attempt as well as cooking demonstrations and ice therapy demonstrations.

“It’s a family-friendly event and we hope it becomes an annual fixture on the fitness and training calendar.”

Standard day and weekend tickets cost £23.50 and £39 with free entry for under 14s with an adult ticket. VIP tickets also available from £49.
