Nationwide Services Group acquired by Reconomy

Waste management company Nationwide Services Group (NSG) has been acquired by Reconomy, the UK’s leading provider of outsourced waste management and recycling services.

The acquisition is part of Reconomy’s ambitious growth plans which has seen a further two acquisitions in the past month including Advanced Waste Solutions (AWS) and a boutique packaging compliance consultancy.

NSG services include tool hire, waste management, plant hire, powered access, site accommodation and site services.

Southampton law firm Clarke Willmott LLP acted for the shareholders of Nationwide Services in the deal. The work was undertaken by Corporate Partner Kelvin Balmont and Solicitor Hollie Blackwood Fisher.
