Warrington based mortgage and protection broker, Mortgages Made Simple, have expanded their presence into Salford with the appointment of Sandra Lam to the team.

With Financial Services professionals being identified as Key Workers as part of the response to Coronavirus, Jennifer, Sandra and the whole team are helping individuals and landlords with mortgage advice and support.

Established by Jennifer Yates in 2011, the award-winning firm has also added to their services, now offering Equity Release to clients.

Having recently moved in to owned premises at 3 Suez Street in Warrington town centre, the firm has experienced growth from word of mouth referrals, people walking in to the branch, as well as online enquiries directed via social media awareness, the latter meaning clients are coming from the wider area spanning Salford.

Sandra joins the team having moved to Salford from Birmingham, bringing with her over 6 years of experience working within the mortgage and protection teams at Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. She comments “As a new mum making a new start with my family in Salford, the opportunity to work with Mortgages Made Simple and to support people especially at this time means a great deal to me. The flexibility offered by Jennifer means I can help clients at a local level whist finding my feet.”

Director of Mortgages Made Simple, Jennifer Yates, comments “We’re getting more and more enquiries from Salford and we needed someone to service the clients wanting to benefit from our close connections to banks as well as access to rates not available on the high street. Sandra has only been with us for a matter of weeks, but she’s made a huge impact on ensuring we continue to deliver high levels of customer service.”

If you’re local to Salford and are looking to purchase a home to live in or as an investment, are coming to the end of your fixed rate or needing to re-mortgage, or if you need some advice on equity release or any of our protection services, please contact Sandra or Jennifer on 01925 357 060 or email info@mortgagesmadesimple.me.uk. During this uncertain period as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, Financial Services professionals have been identified under the Government’s Key Worker classes, so if you’re worried about your mortgage and want to know your options, or want to consider income protection, the team at Mortgages Made Simple are here to help.
