Joining forces to provide critical managed cyber security solutions

"Having worked with Nikki and Andy for a few years, the value they and Custodian360 bring to businesses is nothing short of amazing and will add value to any business no matter the size. "
Jason Kay, Security Solutions Specialist

With technology speeding ahead, The ICC Group are growing and expanding to keep up, adding new solutions to complement their existing Managed Services offerings, that will add value to their clients. With home working more prevalent, and new ransomware strain attacks increasing by the day, effective and managed security at the end point, is needed now more than ever, to reduce the risk, time to respond and mitigate breaches.

The ICC Group are proud to partner with leading Managed EDR firm Custodian360 to provide new and existing customers with robust and effective endpoint detection and response to lower the risk of attacks propagating on infected end points.

Custodian360 are also pleased to partner with The ICC Group, to enable this extended Managed Services offering to customers. Together they plan to accelerate the ability to detect and respond to the increasing volume of endpoint threats, which is critical for any organisation.

This means that, in addition to monitoring their customer’s networks to keep downtime to a minimum from hardware failures, they are now able to provide further support to reduce downtime due to security breaches.

Security Solutions Specialist, Jason Kay has said “Having worked with Nikki and Andy for a few years, the value they and Custodian360 bring to businesses is nothing short of amazing and will add value to any business no matter the size. Joining forces will enable us to add their capabilities to our current managed services solution, to ensure our customer’s network is not just monitored for uptime, but will also be monitored from a security aspect, allowing security to be a standard practice for all.”

Nikki Webb, Global Channel Manager at Custodian360 said “I have had the pleasure of working with Jason Kay for the last couple of years and I have always found him to be astute and committed to the task in hand, and he has a real passion and understanding of his customers’ Cyber Security needs. I think The ICC Group are currently making all the right steps as an MSP and we are excited to be on this journey with them. Cyber Security is at the forefront of every organisation’s critical planning and I have no doubt that Jason Kay and his dedicated team at The ICC Group will ensure their customers, new and old, will benefit from such partnerships.”
