"This move sees us consolidate our technical offering and bring technical vision and leading integrations and products to our clients, helping break them new markets and reach new customers."
Discerning Digital MD Richard Lucas
The merger, formalised last month, marks a year of growth for Discerning Digital, one of the UK’s first practical digital transformation consultancies.
Discerning Digital helps businesses advance their digital maturity for growth and impact with digital transformation tools, products and services.
addlow4, based in Bristol, conceptualises and builds creative technology solutions to help businesses innovate.
Discerning Digital’s technical arm will now be led by founder of addlow4, Phill Clark.
The announcement comes towards the end of an important year of growth for the King Street-based consultancy.
The business has trebled in size since 2014, with most recent hires including Kelly Burgess as project manager, formerly of Salford University, and Oliver Hughes as infrastructure expert, joining the team from UKFast.
Discerning Digital MD Richard Lucas said:
“We have worked with addlow4 on some of our most complex projects, including an integration piece for the Royal College of Physicians and some exciting digital product development for Golden Charter, the UK’s leading funeral plan provider.
“With our growing team and our technical credentials in place, we are truly excited about how we can help our clients practically transform their organisations.”
“Joining Discerning Digital makes perfect sense as our business goals are so closely aligned, and I’m looking forward to the challenge of being able solve some of our clients’ most pressing problems using technical innovation."
