Inbound Marketing UK 2014 (IMUK14), a digital marketing conference taking place in Liverpool, has announced a lineup of industry speakers from global corporations including Google and Microsoft, with the conference’s keynote address set to be delivered by social media entrepreneur and New York Times bestselling author, Gary Vaynerchuk.
Now in its second year, the conference is run in association with Liverpool-based internet marketing consultancy, Ph.Creative and will take place at The Rum Warehouse, Stanley Dock on Tuesday 8 July.
In addition to Gary Vaynerchuk, whose bestselling books include Crush It, The Thank You Economy and Jab, Jab, Jab Right Hook, a number of high-profile industry speakers have also been confirmed, including Google’s head of performance, Matt Bush, social media manager at Microsoft, Steven Woodgate, Asda’s head of social, Dominic Burch, and John Watton, who heads up the marketing for Adobe Marketing Cloud in Europe. Further speakers will also be announced over the coming weeks.
This year IMUK14 will form part of the International Festival for Business (IFB), which is a global event being held in Liverpool in June and July. ‘Knowledge, Creative and Digital’ is one of IFB’s key themes and Liverpool is home to more than 7,000 firms in these industries.
Through a series of presentations, speeches, workshop sessions and exhibitions, attendees at IMUK14 will gain insight into the latest inbound marketing trends, as well as learning best practice from world-class speakers and industry experts to inform their own digital marketing strategies.
