CoreRFID continues to build Irish client base

An asset management software firm is maintaining its leading position in Ireland as the supplier of automated safety inspections systems with a new client win.

Lancashire-based CoreRFID is installing its popular CheckedOK system for Dynamic Safety Solutions Ltd, which has bases in Westport, County Mayo and Dungannon, County Tyrone. The solution will be in operation by the end of June.

CheckedOK enables equipment inspectors to use a mobile or tablet to input data onsite. Data is automatically updated to a secure hosted database and certification documents will be immediately available for online viewing and download. It also assists authorised users meet industry regulations such as LOLER and GA1.

CoreRFID has established a strong presence in the Irish lifting and cranes industry for more than 10 years. The UK and Irish lifting sectors account for a large proportion of CoreRFID’s clients.

Dynamic Safety Solutions, a full member of the LEEA, has seven engineers covering the Republic, Northern Ireland and the UK. With more than 200 customers, the firm manages over £18m worth of assets, which makes them one of the leading lifting inspection companies in the British Isles. Services include heavy plant inspection, testing and the statutory inspection of lifting accessories.

Dynamic Safety Solutions’ managing director, Sean McCann, says: ‘We’ve been growing steadily for the past three years and needed a more modern system that’s flexible and can easily adapt to our needs and those of our clients. CheckedOK is the solution that will help push the company forward with inspection and testing.
