"Netbiz Group have supported our need to move trading online. The new online booking system has allowed customers to plan visits & pay online. We're able to reopen our sites thanks to these changes"
Paul Ball, Managing Director at Peak
Staffordshire based adventure centre specialists Peak are delighted to announce these fantastic performance findings despite the current COVID-19 situation and nationwide lockdown.
Since launching the new system, the firm has reported a sharp uptake in website visits and hundreds of online bookings.
Netbiz Group has worked with Peak to support the adaptation of the businesses website to conform to changes in consumer behaviour since the beginning of lockdown.
The adventure business first required an online booking system to cope with a high level of demand for their 10K virtual races, launched to encourage participants to still take part in competitive exercise whilst being able to adhere to social distancing rules.
As the government started to ease the current lockdown, the firm are excited to share the news that some of their adventure centres are now able to open.
This has been possible due to several factors, including the online booking system uploaded to the website by Netbiz Group. Members of the public can select times and dates to visit and pay online.
Customers can now book 1-2-1 mini adventures at the firms Astbury Water Centre, Underbank and Trafford Centre sites. Peak Treetops Adventure Centres based at the Trentham Estate and The Trafford Centre are due to reopen on the 4th July.
The positive changes to the website support Peak’ commitment to keeping both their team and visitors safe as social distancing rules still apply.
Paul Ball, Managing Director of Peak said; “Netbiz Group have supported our need to move trading online. The new online booking system has allowed our customers to be able to plan their visits and pay online, reducing the amount of cash payments taken at our adventure centres.
Paul continued, we’re so pleased to able to reopen some of our sites thanks to these changes and the whole team are looking forward to continuing to provide amazing adventure experiences to our customers”.
Susan Erlam, Account Manager at Netbiz Group added; “We have been working with Peak since the beginning of the year and are thrilled to see such positive results despite the current situation.
Susan continued, The main objective for the business was to ensure that they could still connect with their customers by providing virtual and physical adventures as the lockdown restrictions started to lift and allowed for this to happen. We’re thrilled to have been able to support them throughout this time by providing an online booking system and look forward to reporting even more positive results moving forward”.
