"We are passionate about helping our customers to be as efficient as possible both at home and in the global competitive marketplace"
Earlier this month AIM-listed software and managed services outfit K3 put its loss-making Microsoft Dynamics reseller division, K3 Business Technologies Limited, into administration.
Chris Ratten and Jeremy Woodside of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed joint administrators on 21 April 2020.
After seeking interest from appropriate parties in the sale of the business and/or its assets, an agreement has been reached with Sigma to purchase certain of the trade and assets of the Dynamics Finance and Operations sub-division.
Chris Ratten, of RSM, commented “We are very pleased to have found a stable and solid home for the Finance & Operations part of the K3 Dynamics business. We are confident that customers and employees will have a partner who they can work with and build a long-term relationship. Sigma’s global strength and breadth of services will add significant value to the customer base.”
Colin Crow of Sigma believes that it can quickly bring certainty to our new customers and provide stability for the employees. This will also provide Sigma with a further platform for growth within the UK market. “We are passionate about helping our customers to be as efficient as possible both at home and in the global competitive marketplace. Sigma Dynamics provides its services all over the UK, internationally and globally. We focus our efforts on companies who are complex, international and have a desire for productivity improvement and growth. We are very excited about this transaction and look forward to working with our new customers.”, says Colin Crow, Managing Director at Sigma Dynamics in UK.
