Aimed specifically at helping hotels and hospitality venues, the animation introduces GUARDIAN®, a must-have IoT technology product that is designed, developed and manufactured in the UK.
Looking at how to remove problems associated with waste of water and energy, as well as cold storage performance preventing potential food waste and ensuring that beverages are always served at an optimum temperature, the animation shows how to improve operations and financial performance.
Taps in hotel bathrooms and hospitality washrooms can be left running by guests and staff on a frequent basis. It’s worth noting that one hot tap left running for an hour wastes enough water to fill six baths and enough energy to power a domestic home for 24 hours. Multiply that across the industry and the water and energy waste levels become staggering.

The animation shows how GUARDIAN® measures and monitors temperature, bringing business improvements which help operators in the sector meet those challenges. It also depicts scenarios where GUARDIAN® can best benefit by monitoring in real-time, enhancing business compliance and saving money.
In addition to removing the need for any manual measurements and providing a solution to many of the challenges outlined already, GUARDIAN® can also identify and alert to water leaks, water heaters under stress and failing assets - all enabling early intervention to be taken before a situation becomes a crisis.
