JCT600 completes new Citron dealership in Bradford

"We are delighted to welcome Citron to the JCT600 family where it will sit nicely alongside our other Stellantis brands, Vauxhall and Peugeot, in our home town of Bradford. "
John Tordoff, chief executive of JCT

Bradford-based family automotive retailer JCT600 has completed work on its new Citroën dealership on Sticker Lane in the city.

Whilst current Lockdown restrictions are in place, the full range of vehicles are still available to view, reserve and buy online on their website with customers able to benefit from JCT600’s ‘click and collect’ or trusted home delivery service. For owners, JCT600’s Citroën service, maintenance, repair and MOT testing services are all fully open by appointment only, supported by contactless drop off and collection as well as rigorous sanitation processes.

After an extensive redevelopment programme, JCT600 Citroën will share premises with its sister brand Vauxhall at 339 Sticker Lane and is ideally placed to serve the Bradford area, thanks to its close links to the M62 and M606 motorways. Once the current lockdown restrictions ease, the showroom will offer for viewing the full range of electric vehicles, small and family cars, family hatchbacks, SUVs and vans together with a display of 150 approved used vehicles.

John Tordoff, chief executive of JCT600, said: “We are delighted to welcome Citroën to the JCT600 family where it will sit nicely alongside our other Stellantis brands, Vauxhall and Peugeot, in our home town of Bradford. Citroën is a unique brand offering a very different range, but one which I’m sure our customers will enjoy.”

Eurig Druce, managing director, Citroën UK, said: “The Bradford site is our latest new showroom opening for Citroën UK. As part of our ‘Advance UK’ plan, we are introducing new sites across the country to improve our brand presence in 2021 as we continue our electrification offensive. We are excited to continue our work with JCT600 as they have a 75-year history as a trusted family brand.”

Citroën is the latest to join JCT600’s portfolio of 25 world leading marques. One of the UK’s largest privately owned motor retailers, the Bradford-based group’s existing portfolio includes other volume brands including Volkswagen, Vauxhall, Mazda, Peugeot, MG, Cupra, Kia, Mitsubishi and SEAT.

Founded in 1946 as Brooklands Garage on Sticker Lane, Bradford, JCT600 remains a family owned and run business, now in its 75th year of successful trading, operating 54 dealerships in Yorkshire, the North East, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
