A local car retailer has invested in a new service centre in Croydon, with an innovative new service which is set to half customer waiting times.

First look at new repair centre which will halve customer waiting times

"This refurbishment shows Harwoods commitment to keeping our customers vehicles out on the road."

A centre in Gateway Business Park is the new home for Harwoods Croydon, which is now welcoming customers into the premises, for both non-essential and essential services as restrictions have begun to lift.

Croydon drivers will benefit from a new service where two technicians work together on each car, reducing the time it takes for the service to be carried out.

The new centre will offer services and MoTs, as well as repairs to the interior and exterior of the car. Large glazing allows customers to see all activity in the new workshops from – what feels like – the comfort of their living room.

Kayleigh Harrop, Aftersales Manager at Harwoods Croydon, said: “The team and I are delighted to finally be able to open our new service centre in Croydon. This refurbishment shows Harwoods’ commitment to keeping our customers’ vehicles out on the road.

“The centre offers our full selection of servicing options, and has been especially designed to connect people with their technicians, for a smooth and transparent experience.

“We cannot wait to welcome customers new and old for a cup of coffee and a chat about their servicing needs in our new home.”
