Suresite Group launches online training for retailers

"All Suresite Group online training is designed to engage and stimulate retail employees"
Nick Healy, CEO, Suresite Group

Preston-based Suresite Group is continuing its diversification into the general retail market with the launch three new online courses.

The trio of self-study modules cover the topics of manual handling, first aid and GDPR. They are suitable for employees in every kind of retail environment, from convenience stores to forecourts and supermarkets.

With study times of between 30 minutes (manual handling) and 2-3 hours (first aid), each interactive course offers the option to stop and start when required. Modules can be completed on an internet-enabled PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Suresite Group’s other online courses including competent persons, aimed specifically at forecourts, tobacco retail and age-related sales.

When the company began trading in 1994, its initial offer was H&S auditing for forecourts. Though still providing specialist services for this market, including wetstock management, Suresite Group is increasingly selling its range of services, which include payment card processing, across the retail industries.

Nick Healy, CEO, said: "All Suresite Group online training is designed to engage and stimulate retail employees. The interactive activities, coupled with real-world examples, ensure that all learners are able to engage fully with the material.

"By making the learning memorable, fun and interactive we can increase knowledge retention rates."

All courses have been developed in partnership with Bolt Learning and each course costs £25+VAT per trainee. Certificates can be downloaded upon successful completion.
