A sales executive at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Carlisle has been rewarded for her commitment to providing the very best customer service.
Shaunna Ferguson was presented with a Vertu Masters Award by larger than life actor Brian Blessed. She won the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Champion Award, which recognises the sales executive who consistently delivers the highest level of customer service and experience. Vertu Motors employs more than 900 sales executives across its 125 outlets.
The winners were chosen from nominations made by their colleagues and 2019 saw a record number submitted.
Shaunna, was nominated by her general manager David Brown who said that ‘she has shown incredible potential and passion to progress.’ Noting that ‘her attention to detail is commendable.’
The award ceremony, held at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds, featured colleagues from every area of the business, including drivers, valeters, apprentices, sales executives and administration colleagues praised for their performance.
The glitzy event featured Strictly star Anton du Beke tripping the light fantastic and music from Killer Queen, the leading tribute act for Freddie Mercury’s iconic group.
