Leading East Midlands based home furnishing specialists Toons are delighted to announce the successful launch of their new online store.

East Midlands Furniture Specialists Announce New Online Store

"It has helped us to reach clients across the UK, which was a key goal for us. We cant wait to see this new part of our business continue to grow from strength to strength."
Nathan Kinson, Ecommerce Manager at Toons

A new addition to the brand’s website, the online store boasts over 3,000 items for shoppers to browse and purchase from the comfort of their own home.

Due to Toons’ physical showroom being closed for various periods during the COVID-19 pandemic, the online store has proved crucial in ensuring that the brand can still provide their products and services to customers.

Boasting a dedicated page for each item, that lists sizing information and product images, the new online store has been carefully designed to offer a smooth and simple shopping experience for customers.

Mirroring most of the ranges available in-store, customers can now shop accessories, beds, fireplaces, flooring, lighting, soft furnishings, as well as outdoor furniture and even hot tubs- for delivery direct to their door.

Toons have now expanded their delivery service area, offering national delivery to reach customers, and are also utilising a click and collect system.

The brand is pleased to report that since the launch of their new online store, they have received a high number of orders from customers across the UK, increasing their customer base.

Commenting on the success of this investment, Ecommerce Manager at Toons, Nathan Kinson said; “Our customers have been at the forefront of everything we do here at Toons for over 50 years. Having the online store allows us to still be able to provide them with our ranges of home furnishings, despite our physical showroom being closed, something so important to us.

Nathan finalised; Not only are we very happy that the online store has launched and been successful, we’re also excited that it has helped us to reach clients across the UK, which was a key goal for us. We can’t wait to see this new part of our business continue to grow from strength to strength”.
