Last week, Omni RMS took home the accolade of Best Candidate Experience at the Recruitment Business Awards 2015 after being commended for building and maintaining brand-led recruitment journeys for all clients and enhancing their employer brands – all as part of its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service.
The candidate experience is the journey a person goes through during the recruitment process – from application stage all the way through to onboarding – which holds significant impact on talent attraction and a company’s reputation as an employer.
