Finance and HR specialist recruitment company Four Recruitment has appointed Danny Kay as a permanent member of staff, four months before completing his apprenticeship.
Danny started at Four last year through ‘The Apprentice Academy’ to complete an apprenticeship with the company whilst studying an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
Operations director Phil Sofield commented: “Danny was the first apprentice that Four has ever recruited, and since joining us he has had a tremendous impact on the business. At only 18 years of age his professionalism, attitude and dedication to the role has been fantastic and we are delighted with the progress he has made.
“Danny was due to complete his apprenticeship later on this year, however as he has made such fantastic progress at Four we saw the time was right to promtote to him a permanent member of staff in the role of adminstration assistant. He has great ambitions to become a recruitment consultant and we have no doubt that he will achieve this.”
Danny commented: “ I am delighted to be taken on permanently by Four and to become a real part of the team, its i something I feel very privileged about.
’I’m looking forward to taking on more responsibility and contributing to the continuing success of Four.”
Phil added: “We have made a fantastic start to 2016, January was our most successful month to date with a 33% increase in revenue. We have exciting plans to announce in the coming months including the launch of our new headquarters in Bolton and further recruitment of new consultants and new apprentices which will increase our head count by up to 75%.
