Cassell Moore, which provides first-rate legal and strategic support to businesses and individuals, has appointed Dominic McGinn as Head of Litigation.
Dominic joins the team based in the iconic Grade I listed Edward Pavilion building located at the historic Albert Dock.
He specialises in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution including: complex contractual and tort disputes; professional negligence actions; warranty claims; shareholder disputes; partnership disputes; banking and finance actions and property-related litigation.
Dominic is experienced in all methods of dispute resolution including mediation. He has also gained extensive experience in managing a business dealing with debt and repossession actions on behalf of large financial institutions.
Dominic joins from Hill Dickinson, where he was a partner in the firm. Prior to that he worked at Halliwells where he also held the position of partner.
