The successful funding round promotes the buoyancy of the UK economy and especially the recruitment sector, with all parties involved in the funding acquisition exhibiting high confidence. Parties contributing to the funding round include peer-to-peer crowdfunding, current shareholders, and Barclays.


Ferris Slater offer recruitment & consultancy services to niche sectors within the UK, including, commercial operations, IT sales, cyber-security, and accounting & finance. Incorporated in January 2018, they had already received investment of over £40,000 to fund the setup of the company which included showpiece office acquisition, employee & director wages, and much more.

The new funding will be leveraged to acquire three new recruitment consultants, taking the Ferris Slater team to 6 in total.


Speaking about the funding, Jonathan Slater, Managing Director & Founder, said;

We’ll be using the investment straight away to onboard 3 very talented recruiters who can hit the ground running.”
