de Poel Group has appointed Yasmin Parvizi (pictured above) and Steve Bacon in newly created Head of Operations roles, with responsibility for supporting the strategic development and operations of the core business.
Yasmin and Steve join Denise Turnbull, Head of Operations for de Poel’s sister company and specialist healthcare division, de Poel health+care, reporting directly to Andrew Preston, MD of the entire Group.
The announcement highlights the leading temporary labour procurer’s continued significant investment in senior management, commitment to rewarding talent and ambitious expansion plans, in support of their positioning as one of the recognised frontrunners in the market.
First joining the company four years ago as an Operations Executive, Yasmin was quickly promoted to an Account Manager in 2014 and attributes sheer hard work, understanding clients’ needs and requirements and knowing the business inside and out to her success. Yasmin’s focus is on further enhancing the service delivered to de Poel’s clients and panel suppliers, to ensure they work collaboratively together.
With 25 years’ recruitment industry experience, Steve’s background includes growing and developing various businesses including Kinetic, Hays and Borders. With his extensive knowledge, Steve joined de Poel Group as a Contracts and Performance Manager in August 2015, overseeing a number of national accounts. In his new role, Steve has a clear set of objectives to achieve and is motivated by continuing to innovate de Poel’s service offering.
