Altrincham recruitment firm Meridian Business Support has been honoured by Best Companies, with a one star accreditation recognising excellence in providing a great place to work.
In Best Companies’ famously stringent survey process every member of staff received a questionnaire, completed anonymously to give an insight into the business.
Results included 89 per cent of the workforce agreeing with the sentiment “my team is fun to work with”, while 93 per cent believe they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the organisation.
Steve Jeffers, talent and organisational development business partner, says: “Throughout 2013, the focus of our senior leadership team was to listen to our great people and enhance employee engagement throughout the group. This accreditation is down to each and every individual that works across the Meridian group and their personal contribution.”
The national accolade comes as Meridian continues to work towards its Vision 20|20 set of goals, including an aim to double revenue to £202 million and enter niche sectors over the next seven years.
