"Dale Eddison have had some phenomenal success, but I suspect none more than this year. This is a resounding success for all teams and its great to see that their hard work has been recognised"
William Eddison, Area Sales Manager

Now in their 17th year, the awards, which are powered by ESTAS own customer review platform, recognise the best estate and letting agents for customer service based on ratings from clients who have been through the whole moving experience with an agent.

Dale Eddison, who have offices in Ilkley, Guiseley, Otley and Skipton were awarded Gold in ‘Best Group in Yorkshire’ and Silver in ‘Best Group in the UK’. It’s Ilkley office did exceptionally well, achieving both ‘Best in County’ and ‘Best Individual Branch in West Yorkshire’, followed by Otley with Silver and Guiseley with Bronze. The Skipton branch also achieved Silver in the ‘Best Individual Branch in North Yorkshire’ category.

William Eddison, Area Sales Manager for Dale Eddison says, “As staunch supporters of the ESTAS over the years, the only estate agency awards based on customer feedback, Dale Eddison have had some phenomenal success, but I suspect none more than this year. This is a resounding success for all the teams across the Dale Eddison branches and it’s great to see that their hard work has been recognised.”

Over 1,500 agents tuned in virtually on YouTube to listen to the results which were determined by research carried out among customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they had received from their agent. More than 45,000 votes were cast this year, making the awards the most important and valuable in the industry. Simon Brown ESTAS Group Founder said, “When we started we wanted to create a set of property awards which were completely pure, where winners were selected solely on customer service ratings from actual customers – no awards submission, no interviews or presentations -  just the feedback of genuine clients who had experienced a full service from an agent. 17 years and over half a million reviews later The ESTAS is now the customer review platform of choice for property professionals and the most prestigious award an agent, a conveyancer or mortgage broker can win in the property industry.”

Bill Dale, Area Sales Manager for Dale Eddison adds, “The awards were an ideal opportunity to put our approach under scrutiny from our customers. We pride ourselves on high customer service levels and aspire to outperform our peers in the market place. There is no shortage of excellent agents around our areas, so to be awarded such a prestigious accolade, demonstrates the instrumental efforts from our entire team.”
