Scanlans has extended its property management portfolio in Leeds with a deal to look after The Pentagon, a development of office buildings at Thorpe Park in the east of the city.
The Pentagon comprises six, two-storey buildings totalling just over 25,000 sq ft. The buildings are owned by companies involved in construction, property development, financial services and financial planning.
Thorpe Park, developed by Scarborough International Properties Limited and its joint venture partner Legal & General, is the largest out-of-town mixed use scheme in Yorkshire, with a 900,000 sq ft business park alongside homes, shops and green space.

Scanlans recently announced it has secured an agreement to manage 68 energy-efficient homes at the award-winning Ironworks development in Holbeck Urban Village.
Other residential property management deals in Leeds include ones for Sandmoor Gate in Alwoodley, and Ahlux House and North Crescent near the city centre.
Alongside property management services, Scanlans’ Leeds office provides commercial and residential property valuations and surveys, building surveying and LPA Receivership services.
