YORKSHIRE developers have started bringing to life a £5m collection of family homes in the heart of the Nidderdale Way, an acclaimed Area of Natural Beauty.
Leeds-based Loxley Homes has appointed estate agents Linley & Simpson and Croft Residential to launch to market its latest development at Village Mews in the picturesque village of Darley, near Harrogate.
It is being created just a cricket ball’s throw from where England’s most successful Test batsman, Herbert Sutcliffe, took up the sport as a youngster.
The development is a collection of 18 homes that feature a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, with a choice of both detached and semi-detached, with starting prices from £265,000.
