Following Government confirmation that new build developments in Wales are now permitted to re-open after lockdown, Anwyl Homes is making plans to safely re-open its sales offices and show homes across North Wales on Saturday 27 June.

The award winning family housebuilder has carefully followed Government guidance in relation to all aspects of the recent pandemic and is pleased to be finally taking steps to safely re-open all of its developments in Wales giving homebuyers the opportunity to visit the sales offices and show homes by appointment only.

New build developments are currently underway at four locations across North Wales; Croes Atti in Oakenholt, Maes-y-Rhedyn in Llay, Parc Tirionfa in Rhuddlan and Tyddyn Bach at Llaingoch.

Sales offices at all developments will re-open via appointment only and will follow strict social distancing guidelines, with a limited number of visitors allowed on site and in the show homes at any one time, and customers are invited to contact Anwyl by telephone, email or online to make their appointment.

Managing director of Anwyl Homes in Cheshire and North Wales, Phil Dolan, commented: “We are thrilled to be re-opening the sales offices and show homes at all of our developments in North Wales.  Renowned for delivering thoughtful homes, we have carefully considered our approach to re-opening sites and have introduced comprehensive procedures to protect both our staff and potential purchasers.

“Throughout lockdown we have been encouraged by the high level of enquiries we received online, with many progressing to the reservation stage.  The success of virtual consultations and viewings has been superb however it is time to get back to our developments, welcoming customers and new homebuyers in person which we will be doing on an appointment-only basis.”

The sales offices and show homes at Anwyl’s developments across England opened four weeks ago after restrictions were eased by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and have received a very positive response from local househunters who have appreciated the chance to safely speak to the homes advisors and view the show homes in person.
