Macbryde Homes has today confirmed its plans to bring 60 quality new homes to Denbigh, having successfully completed on the purchase of a plot of land which boasts stunning views over the Vale of Clwyd.
With outline planning permission already in place for the 5.26-acre site which is located between the Old and New Ruthin roads, it is anticipated that the St-Asaph based housebuilder will commence construction of the new homes in Spring 2020.
