Macbryde Homes confirms plans to bring new homes to Denbigh

"The site that we have acquired in Denbigh is in an excellent location and has many positive factors in its favour."
Gwyn Jones, MD, Macbryde Homes

Macbryde Homes has today confirmed its plans to bring 60 quality new homes to Denbigh, having successfully completed on the purchase of a plot of land which boasts stunning views over the Vale of Clwyd.

With outline planning permission already in place for the 5.26-acre site which is located between the Old and New Ruthin roads, it is anticipated that the St-Asaph based housebuilder will commence construction of the new homes in Spring 2020.  Comprised of a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, prices will start from £149,995 and interest is expected to be extremely strong.

Managing Director, Gwyn Jones, comments: “The site that we have acquired in Denbigh is in an excellent location and has many positive factors in its favour.  It boasts strong transport links, and Denbigh itself has a wealth of vital amenities including doctors, dentists, shops and several primary and secondary schools.  These are all well placed to support both the existing and future local population.

“As a North Wales-based housebuilder, we are aware of the housing need across the region and have a strong track-record of delivering quality developments that meet that local need.  We believe that our proposed mix of homes will appeal to a wide range of purchasers including first time buyers, growing families and young professionals.”

The homes which Macbryde Homes will build in Denbigh have been designed to exceptionally high standards to ensure that the design of the scheme is in keeping with the overall character and appearance of the local area.  Provision will also be made for public recreational space and a scheme of landscaping and tree planting will be integral to the site.

A detailed planning application will now be lodged with Denbighshire Council and further announcements relating to the progress of this development will be made in due course.
