Privately owned serviced office provider Orega finalises a deal for a 10-year management agreement with Topland Group to operate over 22,000 sq. ft. of serviced office space in 33 Colston Avenue, Bristol.

 The building benefits from a recent £1.25million refurbishment by Topland group, offering high-quality, modern offices set behind an impressive Bath stone Art Deco façade, where a grand entrance leads to a bright and airy, professionally managed reception.
Orega has secured the second and third floor, operating over 400 first-class workspaces open for occupation in late February 2021. The flexible workspace will also include fully equipped meeting rooms, breakout spaces and an excellent support team on hand for any business needs. Additional amenities include secure on-site parking, bicycle storage and shower facilities.
