Prospective homeowners are invited find out more about homes at the new development by attending the pre-launch event at the Principal Oxford Spires Hotel from 10am-5pm on Saturday 26 October.
Visitors will be able to see the development phase model, view homes available in the first phase and reserve from select homes. Financial advisors will be on hand to provide advice on how potential purchasers can secure and move into their dream home.
Planning for The Steeples was granted earlier in the summer, with 207 three and four-bedroom homes planned for the next phase of development at Barton Park.
The development is set to include a series of individually designed ‘pocket parks’ established within the streetscape, creating opportunities for children to play and residents to socialise. At the heart of the wider Barton Park development is a commitment to creating a ‘21st century garden suburb’, replete with green space, stylish homes and a sense of community; The Steeples is helping to deliver on that promise.
Once complete, the development and those in the surrounding community will benefit from a new primary school, community hub, children’s play areas, sustainable transport links and parkland – including cycling, running and walking routes. Twenty per cent of energy consumed on the development is also set to be produced by renewable sources.
