Following a highly successful off-plan launch in November 2019, L&Q is launching the second phase of Shared Ownership homes at their new Milton Keynes development, Saxon Reach, on 29th February. The first release in this phase will be a collection of five one-bedroom apartments, offering an affordable route onto the property ladder for local first time buyers who are struggling to compete with rising house prices in the increasingly popular area.


Creating a thriving new district just outside of Milton Keynes, once complete, Saxon Reach will offer 225 high quality homes, including a high proportion of Shared Ownership homes. Two bedroom Shared Ownership apartments and two and three bedroom Shared Ownership houses will launch in future phases.
