"We are absolutely delighted to have received Top 20 status for Grosvenor Manor and The Hamptons for two years in a row."

Two care facilities from leading care home operator New Care have been rated among the best in the North West for the second year in a row.
Reviews from residents and their families at Grosvenor Manor in Chester and The Hamptons in Lytham St Annes have resulted in both homes being included in carehome.co.uk’s annual Top 20 Care Homes in North West England report for two years running.
The award is based solely on reviews written by residents, and their friends, families and loved ones, and covers all aspects of everyday life in the care home including its overall facilities, quality of care, support, cleanliness, food and drink and safety and security. The staff team, activites programme and individual care for residents are also covered, and if residents are treated with compassion and dignity.
Out of the 1,868 care homes in the North West, it is a great achievement to have two homes included in the Top 20 once again and reflects New Care’s commitment to only the highest standards of individual care for each of its residents.
Reviews manager at carehome.co.uk, Amanda Hopkins said: “It is only the residents and their families and friends who can give a real insight into what a care home is like, which is why we use their reviews to find the best care homes in the UK.
“Both Grosvenor Manor and The Hamptons have proved that they provide a high standard of care and we would like to congratulate them on being a Top 20 Care Home for two years in a row. It is a huge achievement to be recognised as a top rated care home by those receiving the care and those reviews reveal that New Care’s homes are filled with warmth and laughter where staff do their utmost to ensure residents continue to live life to the full and with dignity and respect.”
CEO at New Care, Chris McGoff, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have received Top 20 status for Grosvenor Manor and The Hamptons for two years in a row. This top class rating would not be possible without the unswerving passion and care that is delivered to residents on a daily basis from our wonderful team and I would like to thank them for their continued support.”
