The opening marks Orega’s third location in Manchester alongside King Street and Piccadilly. Manchester’s serviced office market continues to grow and is expected to thrive amid the post-COVID recovery. This launch marks Orega’s third new opening during the pandemic, all supported by Roys Withy King.
Launching in June 2021, on the fourth and fifth floors, the centre provides over 500 workstations, offering agile solutions in private suites, touch down spaces and state-of-the-art meeting facilities delivered by a customer-focused team. The space will have a luxurious feel for customers to create ‘Space to be You.’
