Miller Homes launches anticipated show home this March

"Weve already had a great deal of interest in Novus, and its set to be one of the most highly anticipated developments in the area. Were looking forward to opening the doors to the show home."
Leanne Feeley - Regional Sales Manager

National housebuilder Miller Homes, who is currently building homes at its Novus development in Stretford, are opening the doors to its show home this month, after a strong demand from the public. Doors will open to the public on Saturday 28th March.

House hunters from Stretford and beyond are invited to come down and explore the stylish new show home which, much like the show apartment, has impressive nods towards the Manchester culture and boasts an exquisite interior design throughout.

After a successful sales centre and show apartment launch in early January, the launch will showcase the very best of what Novus is set to offer in its upcoming homes, which will range from two, three and four bedroom properties.

Ideally located between two major gateways into Manchester city centre, Novus is a stylish development of brand-new homes on the former Itron gas meter factory in Stretford. Offering a mix of idyllic homes and apartments, Novus is ideal for both families and young professionals seeking stylish city living.

Novus will be finished to Miller Homes’ 5-star builder standard, boasting high-quality fixtures throughout. Recently shortlisted for a First Time Buyer award in the Urban Regeneration category, the development has also been praised for breathing a new lease of life into Stretford.

With interest increasing at Novus, the unveiling of the new show home is set to be a pinpoint moment for the development, with plenty of avid house hunters in the local area and beyond expressing interest in the launch event on the 28th March.

Leanne Feeley, Regional Sales Manager for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “We’ve already had a great deal of interest in Novus, and it’s set to be one of the most highly anticipated developments in the area. We’re looking forward to opening the doors to the show home later this month, and invite all members of the public to come down and share this exciting experience with us.”

A highly anticipated set of homes, over 2,800 people have now registered interest to the Novus development, with 31 homes already reserved.

The sales centre, which is situated on Renton Road in Stretford, will be open from 10:30am-5:30pm 7 days a week. You can view both the show apartment and newly-opened show home after 28th March by visiting the development and speaking to Novus’ Development Sales Managers.
