Four new recruits for low carbon engineering firm

North West low carbon engineering consultancy, Beverley Clifton Morris (BCM), has recruited four new staff members taking its current headcount to 21, with a further two vacancies to be advertised forthwith.
 
Based at One Central Street, Manchester city centre, BCM specialises in designing the inner workings of buildings to ensure they are sustainable / energy efficient.

The firm has recently welcomed two new graduate engineers, a technician and a marketing strategy manager.

Flora Ambit and Jacob Barber have joined as Graduate Engineers to work as part of the team on a variety of projects. Flora has previously worked in an engineering role in her native country, Spain, and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miguel Hernandez University. Jacob obtained a degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Leicester.

Martin Jorgenson takes on the role of technician and with his previous experience in CAD and practical engineering he will support BCM’s technical team.
 
Jackson Woods has been recruited as marketing strategy manager via BCM’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Liverpool John Moores University. Jackson will be responsible for the strategic development of BCM’s offering and communication with clients, partners and stakeholders.
 
These new positions are in addition to two new executive roles recently created in which BCM welcomed Alex Pitman as Commercial Director and promoted Rich Hart to Operations Director.
 
Managing Director, Brian Morris, said: “This recruitment wave is part of our strategic expansion inline with our growth plans. Not only do we ensure that our M&E design work is sustainable, we also ensure than any recruitment and growth is sustainable too. We have planned our growth at an achievable level so as to ensure each step we take is a solid one. We plan to grow by 25% this year and build on that growth in the following year.”
