National housebuilder Keepmoat Homes agrees new lease at Aviation House


National housebuilder Keepmoat Homes Ltd has agreed a new five year lease on 8,772 sq ft of space at Aviation House.

The housebuilder has decided to recommit to two floors at MCR Property Group’s Grade A office development in South Liverpool.

Keepmoat Homes was founded in 1931 and specialises in both large and small scale developments to deliver sustainable communities.

The 17,620 sq ft building, formerly known as Keepmoat House, has recently benefitted from a complete remodelling and is being launched to the marketplace as Aviation House.

The remodelling included a comprehensive refurbishment of all offices, entrances foyers and common areas.

Aviation House is located at Estuary Business Park close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport benefitting from local amenities including the Crowne Plaza Hotel, David Lloyd Leisure Centre and New Mersey Shopping Park.

A total of 8,848 sq ft of office space remains available at the Grade A premises, where Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman act as joint agents.
