This is the second Seal of Excellence that Carl has been awarded, after he had great success at the awards last year too and Andy’s 4th Seal of Excellence.  Andy and Carl were recognised in a virtual regional event on 23 October, hosted by Darren Horner and comedian, Andrew Ryan.

The Awards recognise top achievements from the best site managers in the region who contribute to the growth of quality homes in the UK.  The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are highly regarded in the house-building industry.  Site managers are judged on several factors including consistency of high standards, leadership, technical expertise and interpretation.

Leighton Frawley, Regional Production Director for Miller Homes in the North West, commented: “We are extremely proud of Andy and Carl, both a great asset to the North West division.  Their high standards and quality site management continues to be recognised by the NHBC every year.  A fantastic achievement.”

Andy Halladay commented: “After winning the North West Regional Award last year, I’m delighted to be awarded another Seal of Excellence and proud to be representing Miller Homes in such a prestigious award.”

Carl Harrison added: “I’m delighted to have achieved my second Seal of Excellence, it’s not only a great achievement for Miller Homes North West but also to highlights the hard work the whole team puts into producing quality homes at Beacon Park in Catterall.”

Beacon Park is located just two miles from the town of Garstang, nestled in the vibrant community of Catterall.  The development offers a range of homes suitable for both families and first-time buyers.

Croston Meadow has now sold out of all homes but The Landings in Coppull is just a short distance away and is also managed by award-winning site manager, Steve Eldridge.

Following the Government’s Stamp Duty Holiday announcement, Miller Homes will be giving an extension to buyers, taking the Stamp Duty Holiday to the end of June 2021 on selected houses.
