This was applicable on all houses up to the value of 500,000 saving homebuyers thousands of pounds. Now, with the scheme having just 5 more months left to run its course, local housebuilder Miller Homes has announced that it is extending the saving for all buyers up to the end of June 2021. Up to the value of 6000, Miller Homes will cover stamp duty costs on the houses it is building.
