Award-winning national housebuilder is set to launch its latest development, Montague Place Clitheroe. The development will feature a total of 110 new homes, consisting of two bed bungalows, and three and four bedroom houses with the sales centre expected in January.
Alongside bringing a new community to the aspirational town of Clitheroe, Miller Homes will also be making contributions of over £870,000 to the local area. This money will be used towards a variety of different areas for the residents and local community.
Over £600k of the sum will go towards education, supporting local schools, as Montague Place will be a short distance to both a primary and secondary school.
Miller Homes will also contribute over £70k to town centre upgrade works and public open space. With a population of over 16,000 and nearby to the Forest of Bowland – a famed Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the town exudes opportunity and Miller Homes hopes to contribute to this. Alongside this, £200k will also go towards public transport and off-site leisure in the area.
