North East based photocopier and print specialist, Document Solutions UK Ltd has tripled its operations with the move to an impressive 15,000 sq. ft warehouse and office space at Baker’s Yard, Gosforth, Newcastle.
Document Solutions are the largest suppliers of Develop Photocopiers in the UK and also a large supplier of HP plus Kyocera print products. They provide photocopiers, multifunctional products and printers as well as print and document management solutions to a national client list.
They are the third tenant to move into new premises at the Baker’s Yard development which is being carried out by Newcastle-based property business, Adderstone Group. Baker’s Yard is a 90,000 sq. ft development comprising approximately 180 parking spaces and over 25 warehouses, offices and hybrid units on the site of the former HQ of Greggs the Bakers on Christon Road, near Gosforth High Street.
Adderstone Group renovated the former Greggs Confectionery Store into a state of the art 15,000 sq. ft unit built to satisfy Document Solutions’ precise operational requirements.
On top of their expertise in photocopiers and print, the new premises will enable the Document Solutions team to focus further on their fast-growing telecoms and IT packages including hardware and software, infrastructure support and security solutions which have been introduced to enhance their overall offering to business clients.

Andy Bolton, Service Director at Document Solutions said: “This move is significant for us. We can now consolidate our storage, call centre and show rooms into the Gosforth HQ which will support our facilities in Teesside and Yorkshire. Basically, this additional space will mean that we can buy equipment at a better price, store it more efficiently and pass on the benefits plus efficiencies to our customers and clients.”

They now support thousands of businesses throughout the north of England.
