COMMERCIAL Property specialists Shed5 Ltd have acquired the 3.9 acre SIG facility on Pedmore Rd , Dudley, West Midlands, off-market.
They are now planning a £0.5 million suite of modernisations and improvements of facilities for current residents SIG Roofing along with potential future tenants.
The purchase was made with the assistance of Stourbridge-based Hexagon Commercial Property as well as S&F Investments Advisers
