Leading UK brand, events and incentives agency, FMI, has strengthened its team following a period of new client growth.

The Buckingham-based agency, which employs 16 people at its office in Chilton, has added Account Manager, Sophie Robinson to its ranks. Sophie will support the account teams in the day-to-day management of key clients, including Huawei, Kubota and Aqualisa.

29-year-old Sophie joins the team after working with Jaguar Land Rover and Tesco Media and is keen to further boost the agency’s technology and communication roster.

Charlie Seaton-Reid has joined the agency’s business development arm and will be responsible for prospecting, alongside work on strategic new business opportunities. Charlie, 25, has previously worked in marketing for Kia Motors UK and his role is set to bolster the agency’s automotive offering, which currently includes Mazda and Inchcape.

Meanwhile, student Amy Mak, will take up a year’s internship at FMI, before undertaking an event management course at University. Amy, who is keen to develop a deeper understanding of the industry before starting a degree will support across the agency’s full offering, including events management, marketing and channel incentives.
