In what has been a turbulent year for many, the Manchester business community has joined together to celebrate the region’s young talent with a record number of entries for The Made in Manchester Awards, resulting in a stellar shortlist of the best young talent in the city.
The event which is run by membership organisation pro-manchester has welcomed hundreds of nominations whittled down to a shortlist of ninety-nine and will award the winners in a virtual ceremony in February 2021 as the event itself celebrates its ninth year.
As the shortlist for the 2021 event is announced, pro-manchester Chief Executive Sam Booth said:
“ No one could have imagined the scale of events that would unfold across the globe during 2020, priorities have had to change and businesses refocus but the Greater Manchester business community has continued to do, what they do best and recognise the young professionals striving for excellence and pushing boundaries during this unparalleled time”
