Businesses Across The North West Attend Inspirational Programme

""

More than 100 representatives from businesses across the North West attended an inspirational programme this weekend (7-8 March 2014) to explore how they can instill the power of positive thinking into the workplace to deliver world-class results.

Delivered for the first time to SMEs by Michael Finnigan from performance psychology firm i2i, the aim of the programme is to help people to identify areas of growth within their respective businesses and implement the psychological strategies and theoretical models to ensure targets are achieved.

The firm, which is based in Preston, has advised the likes of 02, British Airways, Royal Mail, Rolls-Royce and Darren Clarke and worked with Wigan Athletic ahead of the historic FA Cup victory over Manchester City in May 2013.

“We use a large number of theoretical models and concepts which have worked successfully in large corporate organisations and elite sports, so we are delighted that so many representatives from smaller organisations attended Project Me to find out how they can make improvements,” said Michael.

“By attending Project Me, people have accessed the same help and support which has been delivered to some of the world’s largest organisations. It will help them to do better business by boosting their self-esteem, which will in-turn deliver exceptional corporate performance by improving productivity, team working, customer service, sales and profits.”

Delegate Charles Cardwell from AirDAT Ltd said: “i2i provides the skills and knowledge required allowing you and your team to achieve whatever goals are set, without the stress and pain that are traditionally associated with progress.”

Matt Rickard, partner at St James’ Place Wealth Management adds: “The course shatters the concept that the mind is limited when actually we are only limited by our habits. If we understand our minds we can change our habits.”

This inaugural Project Me will conclude on 10th May 2014 and other seminars are planned throughout the year. To find out more, visit www.i2i-121.com
