Corporate Culture Host Free Event in Central London Exploring Sustainable Business Success

"One of the biggest challenges we face is how to move beyond the idea of stakeholders as passive recipients of products and services to active participants."
Chairman of Corporate Culture John Drummond

Corporate Culture is hosting two free events in Central London for directors and senior professionals wanting to learn more about sustainable business success and how customers can help organisations achieve their goals. The strategic communications consultancy has over 30 years’ experience in developing transformational change and engagement for the private, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

The first event, a discovery session, aimed at senior professionals, takes place on 5th March in Wesminister and will look at ‘How to actively engage customers to achieve business goals’, drawing on inspiration from case studies, practical tools and the latest behavioural insight.

Chairman of Corporate Culture John Drummond called for business leaders to better understand why customer engagement is crucial if organisations are going to achieve their potential. “One of the biggest challenges we face is how to move beyond the idea of stakeholders as passive recipients of products and services to active participants. At Corporate Culture, we work internationally on large engagement projects and we’ve pooled all that best practice together into a discovery session and will share what we’ve learned in a context that will resonate with the attendees own challenges.”

On the 26th March in Westminister, Corporate Culture invites directors and leaders from government, business and not-for-profit organisations to a conversational workshop on ‘Sustainable Business Success.’ Hosted by Drummond, during this insight for leaders event he will share and review leading practice in strategy, risk management, culture and transformational change from global leaders in sustainable success. The session will look at: How are leading organisations embracing the changing customer, consumer, employee and stakeholder contexts for business? What new platforms, businesses models and transformational initiatives are they implementing? What can we learn from organisations that might be outside the mainstream but with approaches that provide insight to sustainable change?

During his two decades leading Corporate Culture, Drummond has helped hundreds of organisations shape creative and strategic solutions to complex issues around sustainable business, sustainable behaviour change and customer and stakeholder engagement.

“Economic sustainability for business is an essential ingredient for a company’s long-term success. Our event will provide a blueprint for what businesses should be striving towards achieving and show a clear path of how to do that,” said Drummond.
