Corporate Culture is hosting a free business event in central London on Thursday 23rd April that will reveal the seven key techniques for using behavioural science to achieve impactful design.  Behavioural science shows that 95% of human decisions are made subconsciously and intuitively, guided by innate biases and emotions. Yet traditional creative communications and marketing are too-often designed for conscious, rational thought, and fail to effectively influence behaviour.

The event aimed at people in creative roles, will share useable tips on how to make marketing campaigns and brand communications more successful. Corporate Culture is a strategic communications consultancy that has over 30 years’ experience in developing transformational change and engagement for the private, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

Corporate Culture’s creative director, Ian Birkett, and associate creative director, Chris Nelson, will host the Discovery Session and share the key behaviour-led creative techniques that can optimise your design process, marketing campaigns and brand communications to work with – not against – the realities of human decision-making.

Birkett said: “The event promises to be an invaluable session for marketing and comms teams looking for a competitive edge in aligning communications with the real needs of customers and colleague and creating a real impact with products and services.”

Birkett has been in design for more than 25 years, delivering insight-led creative campaigns and brands for clients including Asda, Unilever, Anglian Water, Compass, Microsoft, the NHS and WWF. For WRAP’s national recycling programme, he created the instantly recognisable recycling loop found on millions of print and packaging items across the UK.

Nelson is a multi-disciplinary creative with over 20 years’ experience in the design industry, he has delivered best-practice branding, design and culture change programmes for Hoover, Barnardo’s, Redrow, and British Red Cross.

The Discovery Session, which is free of charge, will be held in central London from 8:30 to 10.30am. For more information and to reserve a place visit www.corporateculture.co.uk
