Emma Bailey - Blue Bay Travel
Blue Bay Travel’s very own Emma Bailey was crowned the UK & Ireland’s 'Call Centre Agent of the Year' at the highly competitive Travel Trade Gazette (TTG) Travel Awards on Monday. She becomes the third agent at Blue Bay Travel to win this award in consecutive years.
More than 100 travel agents entered the agent categories for this year’s awards, which are judged by a panel of industry leaders.
"We were impressed by the way Emma has utilised her specialist product training as well as familiarisation trips to great effect,” said the Judges. ”Significant growth in bookings taken along with glowing feedback from customers helped Emma stand out from the crowd."
Emma, who has been with Blue Bay Travel for 5.5 years, said, “I am thrilled to receive this award for a job I love. These awards are so competitive its really great to know my work is being recognised!”

The TTG Travel Awards took place at the Lyceum Theatre in London’s West End on September 17, co-hosted by comedian Alan Carr. The glittering awards ceremony, attended by 700 travel industry figures, celebrates the industry’s top suppliers and team members from across the UK and Ireland.
